The Atlantis Apartment letting is a very well priced for a modern apartment with separate bedroom at beachfront. The Apartment is located in the 4th upper floor of the Atlantida Building at beachfront, at the pedestrial area of Nicolas Estevanez Street which is the direct axis to reach the Santa Catalina Park with its central bus stations, cafes & bars and sightseeing oportunities.
The Apartment-building offers 1 elevator and has disability access throug a ramp at the portal stairs.
Acceding the Atlantis apartments IV: entering the floor you will find as first room on the left the bathroom with shower. Walking the floor head-on, you pass the well eqippd kitchenette with fridger-freezer, microwave & hotplates for full self service catering even on longer terms.
The floor ends in the very bright salon, their western & southern fronts are complety covered with windows. The salon offers couch, dining table and SAT-TV or cable internet TV with international channels. Atlantis IV has a smaller open balcony and Atlantis III has its balcony covered and so integrated in the salon.
From the salon you access the also bright and south headed bedrooms with twin beds and wardrobe. After 24h you can excpect quiet sleep, as the c/ Franchy y Roca street beyound is pedestrial and the restaurants and bars close at night.
