Hence, the center offers all facilities to make surfing and activity holidays in Gran Canaria’s north perfect. What's more, various sights and more interesting places to visit are right nearby!
Concerning night life, shopping and cultural diversity the Centro Deportivo may not offer as many opportunities compared to a surfing camp such as Ocean Side in Las Palmas, however this accommodation facility attracts with qualities of a different sort: several archeological sites like El Agujero or the cave of the fishermen’s village La Furnia appeal with historic charm. Along the rough coastline of northern Gran Canaria one picturesque fishermen’s village follows after the other. Therefore, the calm beach and restaurants of the village Sardina, for example, are definitely worth a visit.
Only a few kilometers from the lodging there is the probably last untouched and solitary beach of Guayedra that is also within quick and easy reach. Likewise, an extended but still delightful promenade to Guigui reveals to its visitors the beauty of its amazing seaside.
